The HCDO (Hope for Community Development Organization) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 2013 and officially registered in 2016 by the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB), with legal personality number 197/RGB/NGO/LP/02/2018.

Our Mission
The mission of HCDO is to promote the sustainable socio-economic development and the promotion and protection of human rights of HMP&OVG (Historically Marginalized People and Other Vulnerable Groups) of Rwanda.
Our Vision
The vision of HCDO is a country without poverty and injustice in which every citizen enjoys the rights of human dignity.
The direct beneficiaries of HCDO are: children, youth, women and men from HMP&OVG of Rwanda.
